Important information for the investment fund investors:
“The increase in inflation that Albanian economy is experiencing and the increase of the interest rate by the Bank of Albania, have caused a significant upward trend in the interest rates of the Albanian government securities for all maturities.
However, the expectation is that these fluctuations will be within the cyclical nature of the fund considering the investment horizon. The measures being taken by the Albanian government to keep the internal debt rates under control, can bring stability to the financial market in the future.
According to the forecasts of the Bank of Albania, inflation is expected to be at high levels during 2022, to continue with a downward trend during 2023 and then reach the objective at the level of 3% until 2024.
Considering the above, the Fund’s investors are encouraged to be patient, not to make disinvestments influenced by unfavorable market conditions and to have an approach oriented towards the long-term value of their investments.”

On December 29, 2021, the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority, approved the registration of the Green View Alternative Investment Fund, SIK Limited Liability Company. The fund will be offered only for professional and qualified clients. The fund will be managed by the Fund Management Company “Credins Invest” sh.a.

Dear members of the Pension Fund,
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the activity of the “Credins Pension” fund, we are pleased to announce that starting from December 15, 2021, the new administration fee will be applied for all members of the “Credins Pension” fund. The administration fee has been reduced from 2.4% to 2% per annum of the net asset value of the Fund, resulting in a better return for the member. The administration fee is reflected in the Prospectus of the Pension Fund, approved by the Financial Supervision Authority with decision no. 217, dated 25.11.2021, and in the membership contracts, point “a” of the article 16 “Fees of the Management Company”. Dear Members of the Pension Fund,
We are pleased to announce you that starting from August 1, 2021, will be applied the new administration fee for all the members of the “Credins Pension” fund. In the membership contract, the fee specified at point “a” of the article 16 “Management Company Fees” has been changed. The administration fee has been reduced from 3% to 2.4% per annum of the fund net assets value, resulting in a better return for the member.
