The Board of Directors is responsible for supervising the activity of the management company Credins Invest Sh.a.
The administrator performs all actions of administration of the company’s business activity, administers the accurate and regular maintenance of the documents and accounting books of the company, reports to the Board of Directors for the implementation of policies and internal regulations of the company in accordance with the legislation in power, decides on the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees and performs other duties defined by law.
The Board of Directors controls and supervises the implementation of business policies and business development of the management company, ensures that the management company complies with the law and accounting standards, reviews and controls the accounting books, documents and assets of the company, approves financial and investment policies, appoints and dismisses the administrators or members of the investment committee, as well as approves the prospectuses of the funds.
With an extensive experience in the legal field, Mrs. Vjosa Bodo holds the title ``Lawyer`` and is a member of the Tirana Chamber of Advocates since 2003. She holds several years of experience in drafting laws and bylaws, as well as their interpretation in state institutions and life insurance companies operating in Albania.
Mr. Eugen Nuri has considerable experience in the field of financial consulting, portfolio management, financial analysis, investment, and holds the title of Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
Mrs. Estela Koçi with an extensive experience in the field of auditing and finance, is a member of the Global Society of Accounting experts authorized ACCA, which covers the field of international standards of financial reporting, internal control system and business management. Mrs. Koçi is the General Administrator of Credins Invest Sh.a.
Mr. Egi Santo's banking experience, mainly in terms of performance appraisal and human resource promotion, completes the range of experience and qualifications of the Credins Invest Board of Directors.
Mrs. Armira Çitozi has 22 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including 13 years of managerial experience in fund management companies. Mrs. Çitozi is a ``Certified Accountant`` and since 2005 she is a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants. Mrs. Çitozi is the Deputy General Administrator of Credins Invest Sh.a.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the activity of the "Credins Pension" fund, we are pleased to announce that the administration fee has been reduced from 2.4% to 2% per annum of the net asset value of the Fund, resulting in a better return for the members of the Pension Fund.
The application of the new fee starts from December 15, 2021!
