The portfolio of the pension fund “Master Pension Fund” is structured and maintained in accordance with the investment objectives, investment policy and risk characteristics expressed in the full Fund Prospectus.
All investments will be made with a view to preserving capital value and a sufficient level of liquidity to meet all current and future obligations as they fall due.
In accordance with the investment strategy, the Fund will invest mainly in:
- long-term bonds guaranteed by the Albanian state;
- long-term bonds issued by the governments of EU and OECD member states;
- bonds of international financial institutions (supranational) such as the World Bank, the European Central Bank, the European Investment Bank.
