“Credins Premium” Investment Fund Prospectus In fulfillment of legal obligations from Law No. 56/2020 “On Collective Investment Undertakings” and by-laws issued pursuant to it, the management company Credins Invest sh.a., has updated the “Credins Premium” Investment Fund Prospectus. Updates of the “Credins Premium” Investment Fund Prospectus:

1. In the “Funds under the administration of Credins Invest sh.a.” section, funds in our
   administration have been updated, also the registration at AMF of two new funds:
   – “Credins Optimal”- Alternative Investment Fund
   – “Credins Global Bonds”- Alternative Investment Fund
2. In the “Information about “Credins Premium” section, general information of 2024 and
   historical data of the Fund have been updated
3. In the “Auditors” section, information about our internal Auditor has been updated.
